Meaning: A vacuum self-consumption electrode arc condensing furnace, also known as a condensing furnace, can produce quantitative metal in the metal itself through the formation of a condensing shell during the rapid melting and pouring of mold ingots. Composition: The shell coagulation furnace mainly consists of a furnace body, a water-cooled copper crucible, a self-consumption electrode, a vacuum system, a power supply system, a pouring system, etc. Function: The condensing furnace can melt titanium alloys and other active metals, cast parts with high mechanical properties, and accurately control alloy composition. Additionally, the condensing furnace can be used to melt and cast tungsten, molybdenum, tantalum, niobium, and other alloys. Advantages: The condensing furnace melts titanium alloys using an electric arc and forms a solidification layer in a forced-cooled copper crucible. The titanium liquid does not come into direct contact with the water-cooled copper crucible, which prevents pollution from the crucible. The furnace has the advantages of a simple structure, low maintenance costs, and ease of large-scale production.   • Breakthrough in high-precision rolling technology of eight-roll mill!

    We have succeeded in overcoming the technical challenge of rolling titanium plates to within 0.8 mm using an eight-roll thin plate mill thanks to the combined efforts of NBSM's technical staff. This achievement represents a significant advancement in high-precision rolling technology and showcases the company's exceptional proficiency in processing high-end materials.The eight-roll thin plate mill provides higher precision and stability when rolling thin plates.The mill uses a hydraulic AGC control system. Servo valves and servo amplifier plates are used to control the pressure and flow of the hydraulic system, ensuring the stability of the rolling process.Displacement and pressure sensors monitor the roll gap and pressure in real time. This allows the values of the roll gap on the transmission and operation sides to approach the set value through closed-loop feedback control. It also controls the difference in roll gap values within a certain range.The PLC processes complicated control algorithms to improve rolling precision and the automation level, and the touch screen controls the rolling machine. The automation level is improved.The touch screen is used to set and display rolling parameters, improving the convenience and intuitiveness of operation.Through multi-pass rolling, the plate thickness gradually decreases from 3 mm to 0.8 mm while ensuring the quality and precision of the rolling process.
