Machined graphite titanium casting

NBSM has developed state-of-the-art technology for casting titanium alloys with expertise in materials research. We can cast a wide variety of titanium alloys, including titanium components for the aerospace industry, turbocharger parts, musical instruments, motorcycle parts, bicycle parts, and parts for the oil and gas industry. Our licensed welders can repair any surface or near-surface defects. We use the tungsten inert gas (TIG) welding process with pure argon as the shielding gas. Our welding process complies with American (ASME IX) and European (PED EN-15614/EN9606) standards.
